I absolutely adored the charming decoration at the Coach House in Harrogate. It had a lovely, cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were incredibly spacious, allowing me to move around freely and comfortably. I especially appreciated how accessible the hotel was for someone of my age. There were no steep steps or narrow corridors to navigate, making it easy for me to get around and enjoy my stay.
Ideally, I would have liked a separate area for senior guests to relax and socialize. It would have been wonderful to have a designated lounge or sitting area where we could gather and chat with fellow travelers.

With easy parking and comfortable beds, it offers a relaxing stay. the spaciousness of the property gives a sense of freedom, and the host's warm and attentive nature adds a personal touch to the experience.
The communication with the host could be improved, as there was a lack of email correspondence before arrival, requiring a phone call for the key code.

The Coach House Harrogate was the perfect place for a senior woman like me. The decoration was lovely, with elegant furnishings and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, allowing for easy navigation and making it accessible for senior people. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like handrails and comfortable seating areas, which made getting around much easier.
If I had to ask for one improvement, it would be for the team working there to provide a bit more assistance to senior guests. Sometimes, we need a little extra help with things like carrying luggage or navigating the stairs, and it would have been nice to have someone readily available to lend a hand.

The self-contained accommodation was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a kitchen with a freezer and dishwasher. It was convenient to have parking available.
There were a few issues that affected my overall experience. the pillows provided were quite uncomfortable and didn't offer a good night's sleep.

Oh, the joy of finding someone else's trash in my room and searching for milk after a long journey. How delightful!

The location was perfect! It was within walking distance to the town center and all the shops and restaurants. Super convenient! The sense of space throughout the property was great. I never felt cramped or claustrophobic. Plus, it was easy to access and I felt comfortable throughout my stay.
The pillows were awful, they felt like bricks! And to make matters worse, one of the small bins hadn't been emptied from the previous guest, which was gross.
